Anand, Thursday: Anand Municipal Commissioner Milind Bapna conducted a surprise inspection of various departments of Anand Municipal Corporation today.

During his visit, he interacted with citizens who had come for birth and death certificates. He inquired about the fees charged, the time taken to issue certificates, and whether people faced any difficulties in the process.

Additionally, he also inspected the marriage registration department and the UCD department, directing officers and staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

The Commissioner emphasized the importance of issuing birth and death certificates within the stipulated timeframe, ensuring that citizens do not face any inconvenience. He instructed officials to make sure that municipal services are provided efficiently and without hassle.

Furthermore, he urged residents of Anand Municipal Corporation to report any delays in municipal services directly to the Deputy Municipal Commissioner.

During the surprise visit, employees of the birth, death, and marriage registration departments were advised to perform their duties diligently and provide satisfactory responses to citizens seeking municipal services.
